Get started the right way with our 4 Day Beginners Course! This class includes all of the basic functional movements you’ll see in our CrossFit Classes. We’ll go over Squatting, Deadlifting, Pressing, along with a variety of movements such as KettleBell swings, Box jumps, and Olympic lifting. It’s 4 days of learning the safe and correct way to lift weights, but we’ll promise to make sure you walk out sweating after each session. This course is REQUIRED before starting our CrossFit Classes.
