Beginners Course

Get started the right way with our 4 Day Beginners Course!  This class includes all of the basic functional movements you'll see in our CrossFit Classes. We'll go over Squatting, Deadlifting, Pressing, along with a variety of movements such as KettleBell swings, Box jumps, and Olympic lifting.  It's 4 days of learning the safe and correct way to lift weights, but we'll promise to make sure you walk out sweating after each session.  This course is REQUIRED before starting our CrossFit Classes.



CrossFit is about as well rounded and varied as you can imagine.  We incorporate weight lifting, gymnastic / body weight movements, and metabolic conditioning into our workouts, all done at a high intensity level.   This unique blend will give you the best possible results, in the shortest amount of time, all while having fun!  EVERY movement is scalable, meaning there’s nothing you won’t be able to do, no matter your skill level.  Once you try CrossFit, you’ll never look at working out the same way again!



Can’t get deep into a squat?  Is your front rack position uncomfortable?  Having back or knee pain and not sure why?  Well we may know the answer to some of your problems, and we have created a class for that!  Join us for Mobility nights or Mobility mornings and get your stretch on.  Sitting in a chair 8+ hours a day is the worst thing you could do to your body.  Let’s reverse the process and turn back time!


Special Needs Class

We currently have an Adaptive Athlete program where we train teenagers with down syndrome.  These athletes work one on one with our coaches and volunteers and work on coordination, balance, strength and endurance exercises.  If you know someone who has down syndrome, contact us for more information about this class.  It is held every Sunday at 5pm.  It will be their favorite hour of the week!  Adaptive personal training is also available.
